Cancellation & Refund Policy

1. Cancellation — stays under 30 nights

• Until 48 hours before the check-in day, 1:00 PM IST — free cancellation, full refund.
• Within 48 hours of check-in — one night's charge (including applicable taxes) is retained; the balance is refunded.
• No-show — the first night is charged; the remainder of the booking is released and refunded.
• Early departure — unconsumed nights are refunded less a charge of one night.

2. Stays of 30 nights or more

Long stays are governed by the residency agreement provided at confirmation, including its notice and early-departure terms. Where no such agreement has been signed, the terms above apply.

3. How to cancel

Cancel through the link in your booking confirmation, or write to reservations@melangebangalore.com from the email address used to book, quoting your booking reference. The time of receipt determines which band applies.

4. Refunds

Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days of approval, in Indian Rupees. For international cards, the credited amount may differ from the amount originally seen due to exchange-rate movement and card-issuer charges. Bookings made through third parties (such as online travel agencies) follow that channel's process and timelines.

5. Exceptions

Negotiated corporate, group and promotional rates may carry their own cancellation terms, stated at the time of booking; where stated, those terms prevail.

6. Check-in and check-out

Check-in 1:00 PM · Check-out 11:00 AM (IST).
