1. Agreement

These Terms & Conditions govern the use of this website and all reservations for stays at Mélange Astris (Richmond Road, Bengaluru) and Mélange Lavelle (Vittal Mallya Road, Bengaluru), each operated by Triangle Property Developers Private Limited ("Mélange", "we"). Mélange Lavelle operates under the registered trade name "Melange". By using this website or making a reservation you agree to these terms.

2. Reservations and payment

Reservations are made through our booking engine (STAAH SwiftBook), subject to availability and confirmation. Payments are processed securely by our payment gateway (Airpay). All charges are made in Indian Rupees (INR); prices displayed in other currencies are indicative and your card is charged in INR. A valid government-issued photo ID is required for every adult guest at check-in; foreign nationals must present a valid passport and visa.

3. Check-in and check-out

Check-in is from 1:00 PM and check-out is by 11:00 AM (IST). Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and may carry a charge.

4. Stays of 30 nights or more

Stays of 30 nights or more are governed by a separate residency agreement provided at confirmation. The terms on this page apply to stays under 30 nights.

5. Guest conduct and visitors

• Visitors of registered guests are welcome until 10:30 PM; any person staying beyond that time must be registered at the front desk and is subject to applicable charges and identification requirements.
• Smoking is not permitted inside apartments and enclosed common areas.
• Guests must observe posted guidelines when using the pool, gym, terrace, library and other facilities.
• Illegal activity, wilful damage, or conduct disturbing other guests may result in termination of the stay without refund, without prejudice to our other rights.

6. Liability

Mélange is not liable for loss of or damage to personal belongings except where caused by our negligence. Guests are responsible for damage caused by them or their visitors. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under Indian law.

7. Force majeure

We are not liable for failure to perform obligations caused by events beyond our reasonable control. Where such an event prevents a confirmed stay, amounts paid for unconsumed nights will be refunded.

8. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time; the version in force at the time of booking applies to that booking.

9. Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts at Bengaluru, Karnataka have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from these terms, this website, or any stay with us.
