1. Who we are

Triangle Property Developers Private Limited ("Mélange", "we"), Registered Office: 316, K Kamraj Road, Bengaluru, Bengaluru Urban, Karnataka, 560042, operates Mélange Astris and Mélange Lavelle in Bengaluru and this website. This policy explains how we handle personal data, consistent with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and other applicable Indian law.

2. What we collect, and why

• Booking data — name, contact details, identification details, stay dates and payment status, collected through our booking engine; used to provide your stay, meet legal record-keeping obligations, and communicate about your booking.
• Enquiry data — name, contact details, dates and the purpose of your stay, when you submit an enquiry; used to respond to you.
• Payment data — card and payment details are collected and processed by our payment gateway on its own secure, PCI-DSS compliant infrastructure. We do not receive or store your card number.
• Website analytics — anonymised usage data.

3. Who processes your data

We use service providers strictly to deliver the above: a booking engine and channel manager, a payment gateway, a property management system, and website analytics. We do not sell personal data and do not share it with third parties for their marketing.

4. Consent and marketing

Promotional communication is sent only with your consent, and always with a way to opt out. Transactional communication about a booking does not require separate consent.

5. Retention

Booking and identification records are retained as required by law applicable to hospitality establishments and thereafter deleted or anonymised. Enquiry data not resulting in a booking is retained no longer than 24 months.

6. Your rights

Subject to applicable law you may request access to, correction of, or erasure of your personal data, and may withdraw marketing consent at any time. Write to the Grievance Officer below; we respond within the timelines prescribed under the DPDP Act.

7. Security

We use appropriate technical and organisational safeguards. No method of transmission or storage is entirely secure; where a breach affecting you occurs, we will notify you and the authorities as required by law.
